Kristoff Veinte 20th Anniversary has a filler that mixes Nicaragua and Pennsylvania tobacco while held together with an Indonesian binder. The blend is then wrapped using tobacco leaves from Brazil. Those who have smoked it describe it as having a rich mild to strong coco flavor with an earthy after taste.
